ABOUT US

Cwmni Elgar Consultancy offers bespoke services with a focus on equalities, the Welsh language and organisational cultural change. The Director, Llio Elgar has over 20 years’ track record of delivering corporate strategies, engaging people, changing attitudes and behaviours, whilst ensuring legal compliance.

​Whilst working for local government Llio led on the Welsh language, the equalities agenda, and organisational development, chaired the Hate Crime Forum for Newport, and led various employment, and Welsh education partnerships. She is accomplished at bringing diverse people together to visualise and achieve change.

​

Cwmni Elgar Consultancy’r clients include Menter Caerdydd, Mudiad Meithrin, WCVA, and Insight HRC. She is an Associate at Tai Pawb.

​

Llio is keen on the environment and outdoor activities, she volunteers as a governor for Ysgol Gymraeg Casnewydd and is on the board of Glas Cymru, the company that manages Welsh Water. She has a Masters in Public Administration (MPA) and a Masters in Welsh. She has two children and is keen to promote the appeal of Welsh medium education.
